The Suppliers of the system are the cooperating travel & tourism businesses such as hotels, villas, apartments, car rental companies and travel agencies. Through the Travel Proxy system, they can offer their services and set the pricing policy and availability. Each supplier can add more than one service. For example, a hotel group can centrally manage their reservations, availability and prices for all hotels units. Similarly, a travel agency may keep in their system tours, excursions, tourist packages, but also all the cooperating hotels.

Every collaborator of the firm with the travel agency is represented on the Travel Proxy environment in the form of a cooperation / agreement contract. Travel Proxy supports two basic types of contracts, the allotment and the commission.

This is the heart of the sales subsystem since it undertakes the pricing policy towards the partners – customers. A Reservation Source is the medium from which a reservation is derived.
